Fiat Stilo Price Guide
-
typical price 7 October, 2026
The Fiat Stilo of 2001 replaced the Bravo and Brava family with a car that attempted to match the Volkswagen Golf’s quality and driving dynamics. It didn’t quite get there, but the 2.4-litre five-cylinder Abarth version was a genuinely fast hot hatch, and the 2003 Stilo Multi Wagon estate is among the more practical family cars of its era.
The Car
The Stilo used 1.2, 1.4, 1.6, 1.8, and 2.4-litre petrol engines alongside 1.9 JTD diesels, in three-door, five-door, and Multiwagon estate body styles. The Abarth 2.4 20v produced 170bhp and offered genuine performance credentials. The Stilo’s interior quality improved substantially over the Bravo it replaced but still fell short of the Golf’s standard.
Buying
If such a thing exsits, the Abarth 2.4 is the “collector’s” Stilo. The 1.9 JTD estate is the practical choice. Electrical issues are the primary concern on Stilos, check for water ingress in the engine bay’s fusebox near the battery.
