Chrysler 300C Price Guide

typical price 7 October, 2026
The Chrysler 300C name has appeared twice — first on the iconic 1955–1965 Letter Series performance cars, and second on the 2005–2023 rear-wheel-drive saloon that revived the Chrysler flagship concept with a Hemi V8, LX platform borrowed from Mercedes, and styling by Ralph Gilles that made it the most striking American car of its decade. The two cars share only the name.
The Modern 300C
The 2005 Chrysler 300 and 300C used the Mercedes E-Class LX platform acquired through the DaimlerChrysler merger, giving the car rear-wheel drive and sophisticated suspension in a dramatically styled body. The 300C specification added the 5.7-litre Hemi V8 at 340bhp. The SRT-8 variant used the 6.1-litre Hemi at 425bhp. The second-generation 300 from 2011 updated the styling and added the 6.4-litre Apache Hemi at 470bhp in the SRT8. These are large, handsome, and now extremely affordable rear-wheel-drive American saloons.
Buying
The SRT-8 6.1 or 6.4 Hemi is the performance specification. The standard 5.7 Hemi is the everyday choice. Mercedes-derived components make these more refined than their American market positioning suggests. The Chrysler Hemi V8 is durable with regular oil changes. Excellent used value.
