Audi Q3 Generation / Variant Price Guides

The Audi Q3 is the compact premium SUV; the smallest member of Audi’s Q family and one of the most successful models in the range. It combines the A3‘s MQB platform with a raised ride height and more versatile packaging, adding the SUV silhouette that buyers increasingly demand without the bulk of the larger Q models.

The Range

Two generations cover 2011 to the present. The original 8U used the MQB predecessor platform; the current F3 uses MQB Evo. Petrol and diesel engines throughout, with the RS Q3 performance variant available on both generations. Quattro all-wheel drive is available but not standard across all specifications. The Sportback coupe-SUV body style joined the F3 generation.

Buying

The Q3 is a sound used proposition with good parts support from the shared MQB architecture. The RS Q3 adds significant performance credentials. Prefer Quattro over front-wheel drive for resale value. The F3 generation represents a meaningful quality improvement over the 8U.
