Abarth 695 Generation / Variant Price Guides
The Abarth 695 sits above the 595 in the hierarchy, using the same 180bhp 1.4-litre turbo engine but with additional chassis upgrades, visual distinction, and a relentless stream of limited editions that have made the 695 badge a collector’s item in its own right.
The Range
The 695 name has been applied to numerous special editions since 2010. The Tributo Ferrari (2010) was the first, finished in Rosso Corsa with Corsa Grey racing stripe and limited to 1,000 units. The Maserati Edition (2012) used Pontevecchio Bordeaux paint from the Maserati GranTurismo palette. The Biposto (2014) was the most extreme: 190bhp, dog-ring gearbox option, no carpets, no radio, fixed-back Sabelt seats, and a weight of just 997kg — the closest thing to a road-legal race car that Abarth has ever produced. The Rivale (2017) added nautical-themed detailing. The 70th Anniversary esseesse (2019) brought Akrapovic exhaust and white alloys. The Tributo 131 Rally (2022) with its Electronic Blue paint, 12-position adjustable rear spoiler, and 695-unit global production run was the final combustion 695 special.
Buying
Standard 695 Competizione models share the 180bhp engine, Brembo brakes, and Koni dampers with the 595 Competizione and esseesse. The difference lies in the cosmetic and limited-edition trim. The Biposto is the one that has appreciated most — its rarity and extreme specification place it in a different category from all other modern Abarths. Other special editions command premiums proportional to their rarity and visual impact. The Tributo Ferrari and Maserati Edition are the most recognisable. Provenance matters: verify the numbered plaque and specific equipment against the official specification for the edition in question.
